HR screening followed by HM call, Behavior, System Design, which is very limited in time, I was told I did not demonstrate technical details within 15 min. Which is absurd, you only give me 15 mins for a complex SD problem, all I could do is just the high level. Honestly I feel the interviewer is very junior in terms of technical capability.
