First screening interview was through a Disney recruiter who asked about my qualifications and expectations for the position. Second interview was another friendly phone interview with someone who told me about what the job entails, pay, benefits, etc. This person moved me forward to a panel interview over zoom that consisted of three people in management at Disney. I was feeling great heading in to the interview as I felt fully qualified for the position and was excited to take on this role when the first thing that one of the interviewers said was, "Before I start, I just want you to know that this job SUCKS." She then went on to describe how horrible the job conditions were and I really did not know how to respond to that. Like, how do you go on being excited about a position and seem super interested while someone is clearly trying to tell you to run away. I dunno. It was weird. Nevertheless, I followed up the next day with the person who had set me up with that zoom interview, seeing when I might hear back and the response was early the following week. Needless to say, I never heard back. I felt that after all the interviews and preparation that I went through to pursue this career opportunity, they could have at least called back to say that I did not get the position instead of just leaving me hanging.

First interview was a BlueJeans interview with a HR recruiter Very positive experience. Friendly, easy to talk with, answered all my questions. After the first interview, I had questions I didn’t think of during my initial interview. I emailed her and she responded within hours answering all my questions. The second interview will be this week.
