Applied for the job and received the No Reply denial email in less than 24 hours. I checked the job posting again and realized that I was MUCH more qualified for the position than I was aware of. After digging around online I came across extensive information about Disney blatantly discriminating against white, heterosexual males as part of their hiring practices. I had a job interview with them a few years ago and the interview panel was all female and multi-ethnic. I thought that was great until the hiring manager conducting the interview started talking down to me. She was incredibly rude and condescending. So now it’s impossible to even get that far. With their movie audiences, theme park attendance and stock price plunging, it’s probably for the better anyway.
