Held in one of the SEA offices. Interviews went alright, but multiple rounds of screening for similar skills and requirements. HR was slow to respond. Cleared all stages over a month only to be offered a lowball salary, that was below what was originally quoted in the screening call. Very disappointed by such practices.

I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Celebration, FL)
Interview
I applied and contacted the hiring manager through LinkedIn. She had the recruiter set up an initial call which ended up being in two parts on two different days because she wanted time to really get to know me. I did not end up getting the job but that experience was amazing.

I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (New York, NY)
Interview
I had an initial phone screening followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. The phone screening was more technical including a detailed breakdown of my resume. The video interview felt more casual with a few behavioral questions.

I was asked a variety of stereotypical behavioral questions, such as workplace conflict resolution.
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Glendale, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process is long and inefficient, including several rounds of interviews. The recruiter is not responsive. The process is not professional. I was the finalist, and the recruiter rejected me with a very generic email, not even a phone call.
To a candidate who spent time and effort, the experience was disappointing.
