Interview
Phone interview with HR, then a swim test at one of the hotels. The phone interview was less than 30 minutes. The swim test consists of a distance swim (10-13 laps depending on the pool), a brick retrieval, and a two minute water tread with your hands above your head.

Do you have any previous lifeguarding or swim experience?
The interview was easy and short the lady was very kind and straightforward and everything was done online it took about 15 min make sure to be on time and speak clearly and respectful

Very Easy. I talked to Amy and she asked me about my past experiences of lifeguarded and what type of pool i worked at and if it had slides. Also the type of environment if you can handle pressure
