Five interviews in total, the first basically a screener and the final four with other team members and probably the hiring manager. All five meetings were scheduled at once, which led a situation where you don't find out until after #5 if you are hired or not--or if you're even in the running. Couldn't tell if my rejection was because #5 didn't like me or if this was decided after #2 (or in-between). In other words, making it to the next round doesn't necessarily mean you made it to the next round, when it was scheduled for 5 rounds.

I was good. I already worked for the company so it wasn't with strangers. I interviewed with my current boss to begin with then had a phone interview with the regional sales manager and another phone interview with the national sales manager.
