I applied online. I interviewed at Walters, Balido & Crain (Austin, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview consisted of a phone screening, which asked basic interview questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years, and in 10 years, and an in-person interview. The in-person interview was an hour long with the office manager and the assistant office manager. The interview questions were very similar, asking how you can handle doing the same tasks over and over again and asking about how your work experience ties into that. They were unprofessional and ghosted me after the interview, even after a follow-up, and I still got no response.

I applied online. I interviewed at Walters, Balido & Crain (Houston, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
Easy, personable, and quick. I applied via linkedin on a Thursday morning, received an email to set up an interview the same day, did a Zoom interview on the following Tuesday with two staff members, and received the offer letter on that Friday. The actual interview was really nice and low-pressure. I already felt at home and at ease.
