Walters interview questions

Lacking. I previously held this position for 5 years before advancing my career centric to increased pay. I recently noticed that there was a posting for the position with a pay range where my previous salary (which I was told was "at market") at the bottom of the scale and the top end of the scale closer to what I am making now. I reached out to my previous manager via phone call; they said to send an application, and noted that they were looking to make a decision within the next 2 weeks, and I was not dignified with a response despite several attempts to follow up with said manager and their HR department 4 weeks after initial contact. Absolutely unprofessional to ghost people you know.
