Lacking.
I previously held this position for 5 years before advancing my career centric to increased pay. I recently noticed that there was a posting for the position with a pay range where my previous salary (which I was told was "at market") at the bottom of the scale and the top end of the scale closer to what I am making now. I reached out to my previous manager via phone call; they said to send an application, and noted that they were looking to make a decision within the next 2 weeks, and I was not dignified with a response despite several attempts to follow up with said manager and their HR department 4 weeks after initial contact. Absolutely unprofessional to ghost people you know.

1 hour long, asked about 10 basic questions.followed by one or more rounds of interviews—phone, video, or in-person—designed to assess a candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interviewers may ask behavioral, technical, or situational questions. The process may also include assessments or tasks relevant to the role. After the final round, the hiring team evaluates feedback before making an offer or providing a rejection. Communication and follow-ups are key throughout to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Walters in June 2018
Interview
Was interesting. 4 people interviewed me at the venue. 3 of the 4 asked questions rapid fire. They were interesting and thought provoking. My ultimate supervisor wanted some real life scenarios played out.
