Walz Tetrick Advertising interview questions

Had call with a recruiter and was ghosted, I was expecting some sort of follow up after carving out time to meet during a busy work week. Next step was to meet with the team but did not make it that far.

My initial experience with Waltz Tetrick was very positive. The interview process kicked off quickly, with two phone interviews scheduled the same week. Both calls went smoothly — great conversations, clear expectations, and they assured me they’d follow up the next week. After that, communication took a disappointing turn. I followed up twice and received polite responses, but they kept dragging their feet despite the promising interviews. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether — a classic ghosting scenario that feels all too common in 2025. While my hopes were high after the strong start, the lack of follow-through left a disappointing final impression. My advise to management. Have some respect for candidates and at a minimum send out the typical canned response. Very disappointing!
