Interview
Had an initial Skype interview with HR and two members of the media team, followed by an in-person interview with the same team plus one of the CEOs, and then one last phone interview with my would-be supervisor. The interview was for a newly-created position, so they weren't in a huge rush to fill it. Questions were pretty straightforward and I was able to ask a lot of questions myself.

Great phone interview, casual yet structured. I felt like the questions were quite standard, no surprises. Poor email response times though. Actually, all the email contact from the beginning was handled pretty badly, it took about 4 days to get a reply, and then they said that my email didn't come through.

Interview
The interview was typical. First interviewed with a manager then with one of the founders. Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Dress casual professional and research the events that they produce. The interview went for about thirty minutes. Then they called me back for a second interview. They also reviewed my writing samples.
