I did not receive a call back when the interviewer told me I was what they're looking for. However I decided this job is not for me, so I am not heartbroken.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wandrian (Montreal, QC) in July 2019
Interview
At the very beginning, there was a call with HR, if they decide to move on with you, there was an in person interview with some questions, depending which position you are applying for. The company's working culture was nice. The interview process took roughly 3-4 weeks if I'm not mistaken.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Wandrian
Interview
They don't know what they are hiring for - period . Beware !
3+ week for the first round email, post application
2+ weeks for decision post first round
4+ weeks for decision post second round
What you get in the end is a generic email that says we got better candidates.
Why do you waste our time , if you don't want to hire
The interviewer can clearly unclear about what they wanted to hire for. The office space couldn't get shittier. 10 employees in the employees that were clueless about what they were doing
The company goes with the name Railkey, Wandrian and several others
