After the initial phone screen, which was about 30 minutes, I Interviewed with a couple of different people. They asked me some technical questions and I did some whiteboarding - a standard technical interview. The CTO stressed that they only do pair programming and said if I didn't like that, I should not consider working there. The office was a 100% privacy-free open work area, with tons of distractions - games, toys, loud conversations, etc.
