Question 1
Describe a time when you led a team to complete a complex task under pressure. What challenges did you face, and what did you learn from the experience?
The most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced.
The interviewer, who was the HR representative, arrived late to the interview. They then proceeded to ask for every detail about my previous work and degraded me by stating that I wasn't worth the salary I requested and that my whole experience did not fit the position. If they had reviewed my CV and thought my experience was not suitable for the role, why invite me for an interview and waste my time?
If a company can't respect the candidate during the interview, don't expect them to respect you during the job.
