Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, though I am incredibly sorry that this was your experience. Reading this honestly breaks my heart a little, because as a team, we pride ourselves on championing a great candidate experience and we always provide feedback to every candidate who enters into our recruitment process and spends time on our technical tests.
Going above and beyond by delivering your test early, adding bonus features, and providing documentation shows a massive amount of effort and care. To receive a generic rejection after is not how we normally show up. Have you since had more information?
I would love the chance to look into this, find out what went wrong with our feedback loop, and make sure you get the detailed, constructive feedback you earned because we hear the opposite from others in our recruitment process.
