Very personal and interactive. I felt like the interviewers were kind and attentive. Some of the questions they asked for out of the left field and it felt like they were trying to trip me up which I didn't like. I answered EVERY question correctly, except for two questions. I had 5 interviews with them before they gave me their decision. They decided to move on with a different candidate and one of the reasons was because I was unable to answer two of their networking questions. Also, they mentioned I didn't have experience in 3 technical skills that they did not mention at all in the job posting. I felt this was not honest or transparent and did not set me up for success.
