Interview
Initially submitted online application. Supplement to standard resume/cover letter material can be found at warbyparker.com jobs page. Heard back very quickly for a phone interview, scheduled within 1 week of receiving my online application. Phone interview was 15 minutes long. Mostly fit questions which pertained largely to my personality. Young woman on the phone was very pleasant, easy to talk to. Awaiting the scheduling of an in person interview.

Interview
The interview process had two parts- 1st there is a short video interview where you answer several questions and are asked to respond in a short amount of time. Be sure to do some research on the company so these answers come to you quickly. The 2nd stage was an in person interview with a lot of circumstantial questions where you are supposed to come up with examples from your past. I met with two different people and both were extremely nice and kind. They made the interview as enjoyable as possible. The office was very nice and they have just opened a third floor in the building.
Your application includes 3 questions which test your ability to properly interact with a client.
You will get an email to then take an online video interview. Very silly and it's a one shot deal.

Question 1
what is one time when you have gone above and beyond for someone?

Interview
I applied on their website, then reached out to recruiters/CX people in the company on LinkedIn. Got emails back and forth and then had to do short questionnaire/video interviews (from Take the Interview). They are not that hard but you don't get any prep time really (30 sec) because they don't show you the questions. It wasn't stressful as they are pretty standard CX/CS questions. Then a few days later they reached out and scheduled an in person at the HQ in NYC. Amazing office and everyone was super friendly, very relaxed, and casual. They have you wait in the glasses try on/retail area and then take you on a tour of the office and talk about the company structure and CEO. Then, lead to an all glass conference room for an in person interview. Met with 2 people, about 20-25 each. Nice guys and interview process/questions weren't too hard - mostly situation and example driven. Make sure you have many examples of how your skills or experience relate to the position. Also, company culture is super important, so I'd suggest researching and developing your reasons for why Warby. Lots of training and a very well defined idea of the position, definitely not a hit the ground running, left to your own devices job. Show your company knowledge and try to relate their process.
