Interview with company leader 1 on 1 for about 30-40 minutes where we discussed what the company is like, what sort of person they are looking to hire. Hiring process was through LinkedIn.

Had an initial conversation with HR then a one on one virtual interview with the head of the team. They were kind, helpful and efficient. I heard back quickly and was able to ask questions about the offer and even adjust my start date. Good interview process.
