First round of the interview was to solve the Social Media Manager test. You needed to: create captions for several prepared pictures, make one post with your content, create a campaign to return veteran players back to the game(World of Tanks), create Social Media schedule, respond to a Social Media Crisis.

Something that you posted today on several channels is very quickly getting a lot of negative reactions. How do you react?
The marketing team of World of Tanks has come up with an interesting project and they want you to promote it tomorrow. Unfortunately, you already have important content scheduled for that day. Do you change your plans to accommodate for their request? How do you prioritize?
An employee from another office is contacting you because they want you to release their brand-new podcast on YouTube. You verify the content, but based on your experience with podcasts, you are pretty sure that it is never going to perform. Unfortunately, the employee in question has already talked to your manager, who agreed to post. What would you do?
Easy and straightforward interviews, the take me home test tasks take some extra time to do, but you get feedback for them from the department which is good and you don’t feel like you’re wasting your time.
