I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process began with a video interview, followed by an interview with 4 HR managers. After that, I had an interview with the person who needed the assistant, and lastly with the HR Executive. I got very far in the process but was ultimately not offered the position; however, when 400+ people apply for a position and I make it to the final 4, I consider it a success. Because at that point, it's down to splitting hairs / personal preference -- I wouldn't have made it past all the preliminary stages if I weren't qualified for the position.
All-in-all, my interview experience with CNN / Turner Broadcasting was great and ... kind of fun. It confirmed that it was a good fit for me, and I have continued to seek out positions that suit my qualifications.

Interview
Prefacing this with the fact that I used other channels and got lucky enough to be put in touch with a recruiter at WBD. Interview process was pretty straightforward--initial screening with HR, Zoom interview with the folks I would be working for, then a second in-person interview with the same people onsite. It seemed pretty standard to me, but I tend to over-prepare, up to and including listening to the quarterly sales calls for the company I'm interviewing with. It ultimately came down to me and one other candidate who applied from within the company, and the internal candidate was chosen because of their existing familiarity with the company's processes.

Interview
Phone screening with recruiter, which takes about 15-25 minutes giving a brief overview of the job, hiring manager, and asking questions about your background/skills.
The next steps would have been an interview with the hiring manager and then possibly an in person walkthrough interview.

Question 1
No questions stood out more so just asked me for an overview of my background.
The interview process was pretty short. It was typical. Though it was about 25 years ago. I still remember it. Because the building was beautiful. I would recommend anyone to apply here.
