I applied online then was prompted to do a video recoded interview. You don't speak to a real person during these, just respond to question prompts. Then a friend who works for the company connected me to the hiring manager. I was brought in for an interview- three rounds in one day, meeting with a total of six people. Interview went well, everyone was very nice. A week later I was told that they decided on another candidate.
