I interviewed for the NCAA.com Digital Media internship program after graduation. The process was initially quick, and I received a phone screen and then another call to come in for an interview. After the interview, I was told it would take a couple weeks to hear back, but I went about a month before I heard anything. Finally, I was notified via email that I did not receive an offer.

I passed onto the Hirevue and am still awaiting results. The Hirevue was relatively easy and they asked less technical questions and more get-to-know-you type of questions; for instance, one of the questions asked you to introduce yourself

It was good—nothing too crazy, just basic interview questions to learn more about you. They mainly want to see the best version of yourself. Be confident, be yourself, and you’ll do great!

I went through a HireVue round and one zoom interview, but I know other interns went through several rounds of interviews post-Hirevue. I just went through one and had great chemistry with my interviewer and got a call of my offer soon after
