I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in June 2020
Interview
Get ready to wait. My interview process took about two and a half months all the way to the last round but didn’t get the job.
It was a standard interview process, with virtual self-recorded interview like Hirevue, then recruiter, manager, director, then technical round with manager and director. The wait is probably two weeks per each round.
Most questions are typical - get ready to discuss your experience. The technical round asks you to analyze some data and present on it however way you want. Overall, not too bad of a process although the wait took forever just to be told no.

I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery in Dec 2025
Interview
I had a HireVue. It was around 8 questions. You're able to record your response twice. Then there are some multiple choice questions after. I overall thought the interview went faster than i thought and it was less intimidating too.

Question 1
One question was something like "What was a piece of media from Warner Bros that you enjoyed?"
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Ciudad de Mexico) in May 2024
Interview
First call with recruiter was pretty straightforward. Then I had a call with team members, which was very uncomfortable as it felt too rushed and they asked things with no interest at all, just ambiguous questions that were unrelated to the position. They didn't even make an effort to word the questions, they literally said just "Areas of opportunity?".
