online assessment that asks a bunch of questions related to me and the job and how my interests are connected to theirs and their requirements. answered some that were multiple choice and some that were video recorded.
For the assessment centre there was a variety of team exercises. For example watching a trailer and suggesting ways to market and then had a drawing exercise based on a partner's description of an image. Finally had an interview with a hiring manager.

The interview was well conducted. They asked straight forward questions and made sure to get straight to the point. At first I was given an hireuve followed by a final interview.

very sensible timeframe between stages, although the assesment center left something to be desired. took them quite a while to reimburse travel costs.
