I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
There were two stages after submitting my application, the pre-recorded video interview and then the assessment centre. The assessment centre was divided into three sections, two group activities, and then one 'speed dating' solo interviews with different members of the team. They also had an ice breaker question at the start r - be unique with this, they prefer that!
Gave us a scenario in a group where we had to come up with a marketing campaign for the release of a new show as a box set. Asked us additional questions on the campaign like the price of the box sets, the target audience etc.
For the assessment centre there was a variety of team exercises. For example watching a trailer and suggesting ways to market and then had a drawing exercise based on a partner's description of an image. Finally had an interview with a hiring manager.

Interview
The interview was well conducted. They asked straight forward questions and made sure to get straight to the point. At first I was given an hireuve followed by a final interview.

Interview
online first, then assesment center.
Online assesments where slightly confusing but engaging.
very sensible timeframe between stages, although the assesment center left something to be desired. took them quite a while to reimburse travel costs.
