Interview
Basic questions. Interviewed with the executive director of technology. They did not sound confident in knowledge of technology and mentioned that they would need another individual to answer my technical questions.

The interview was in person and I was asked about my background and how it fit the role. Put another way, the interviewer asked me about my previous work history and how it would help me in the new position.
