Interview
Assessment day in groups where you participant in various activities so they can assess your confidence and teamwork skills. And once candidates are selected from the assessment centre stage, they will then have a 1-2-1 interview in the afternoon. Interview is done with 2 members of staff and are friendly and helpful.

In-person interview that was very similar to an audition. The staff were friendly, encouraging, and asked questions in a way to allow people to showcase their talent. It was a refreshing interview experience.

Group day, including team work to understand how you talk to people and deal with debates. 'audition' for speeches, and individual interviews of successful. We were observed by a number of team members for how we presented ourselves and how we interacted with each other.

Online assessment then group assessment where you had to prepare a presentation based off of something from the tour then a one on one interview with a senior member from the tour. Lots of team building as well as the chance to showcase your creative skill set
