Warner Pacific has one of the most extensive interview processes I have ever come across. I went through a phone interview, an in-person panel interview, and then as a finalist I had two or three follow-up meetings for a single job (which made the interview process span over two weeks). I understand that they want to vet their applicants, but I know some Fortune 500 companies who don't put their applicants through quite so much. Most of the interviewers were rather friendly and asked good questions, but one or two were aloof and borderline rude.
