Offered a Zoom interview via email, looked up all names from the email but no profile matches on LinkedIn. Spoke with a new member of the staff for ten minutes, dressed informally and spoke very conversationally about the company but less about the role itself.

Interview
Very casual and quick. A lot more talking from the hiring manager than I've had in previous interviews, but very informative and they asked challenging questions. Interview was done through video call. Was able to ask questions throughout and at the end. Hiring manager answered all with detail.
