I was contacted a day after I sent in an application. The Executive Vice President reached out to me and we set up an interview for the following week. He was very transparent regarding their company culture, what to expect from the position I was interviewing for, and explained how other employees have moved up the latter after proving themselves and desired positions opened up. They gave me an offer but I ended up accepting a position with a different company. After I declined the offer, the hiring manager was polite enough to write an email back and explain that he understood my position and we should keep in touch in the future. Very professional and would definitely recommend to someone looking to begin a career in Electrical Industry.
