Really not pleasant experience. I had interview there, during the interview they were constantly telling me how much they need workers, and cosidering how difficult and badly pade this job with night/evening/weekend shifts - it was not surprise at all. They offered me to sign contract right away, but I told them that I will have some more interviews this week and will be able to take a final decision after a few days. How was my surprise that next week they send me an email that I was rejected. If it would be a honest company, they would told me that or I sign contract right away, or I loose the offer. But I do not know if this is a normal attitude considering type of job, night shifts, heavy work and lack of workers that they have.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wasco (Carol Stream, IL) in Jan 2018
Interview
I went in to speak with the hiring manager, who was friendly, available, and professional. He said he was seeing me on the reccommendation of a colleague. Terms were discussed and agreed upon.
