Complete remote interview, interviewees were on time, pleasant, and professional. Interview was approximately 40 minutes, and finished with a q&a with me and the interviewers. Communication after the interview was also very pleasant and forthcoming.

Interview
No technical questions asked of microbiological work but mostly questions about background, behavioral questions and review of tasks. Very laid back with a panel of four including lab manager and lab technicians.
