Prospective employees are asked a pre-selected, standardized for the job, set of questions and evaluated on their answers and responses. The same questionnaire is used for all prospective employees for that job. The managers can ask clarifying questions based on the candidate's response, but not questions which aren't on the form. The form is developed by the hiring manager and processed through HR prior to the interview process for the job being started.

To draw up and explain how a cellular network worked, and how such a network might work in enclosed space, such as a subway tunnel. Including a discussion of the various protocols, and how and end-to-end connection is made.
