No process at all. there is no HR or recruiter in the company. It's really very weird. One technical person always called in odd hours to schedule interviews and interviews were also scheduled at very odd times like 10:30 PM and weekends. So you can get some idea by the interview process itself that it's not an IT company at all and so the work culture in the company.
The person asked me to share my salary slips even before the technical discussion feedback, It happened first time in my career. and for one week he kept on saying that we are waiting for the feedback. Sir, We are not fool at all.
They kept on asking some weird questions during the interviews that if you need to work late, how will you manage and all. One thing was pretty clear during the interview they are expecting you to work late, on weekends and the work culture is not good at all.
This person never picks up calls and don't respond to messages or emails.
So I would say it was a total time waste interview.
I would suggest the company hire some professional recruiter or HR who should be responsible and accountable.
Hiring the process for both sides is not about only the company giving employment to the person. So you also have to make sure that the company should also good the first impression pretty good.
