The interview process took two phone calls. They were far apart, about a month, but this was due to getting approval for hiring more applicants than originally discussed. The conversations were informal with no questions asked. Just them getting to know myself and I getting to know the company

Pretty straightforward. They asked questions primarily related to my prior experience. They did not ask any questions that were too complicated or any very in-depth technical questions. Interviewers were nice and polite and the overall process was quite simple.

Fill out an application, with basic math questions on it. Standard interview and then a background check and drug screening afterwards. They also do a physical test on you since it is a physically demanding job depending on what you do.
