Watermark Retirement Communities interview questions

Applied on line and the Regional HR Director conducted a phone interview. Interviewed onsite the next day at the community. Director was not sure on salary, training or other information regarding this position. Sent follow-up emails only to be ghosted. Terrible candidate experience. Not an organized place.

They left a message to schedule my interview. Then never heard from them again. After several follow up emails and voicemails, I gave up trying. Maybe they called the wrong candidate, maybe they changed their mind. Confirmation or explanation would have been a more professional approach.
