I applied online. I interviewed at Watermill Express (Brighton, CO) in Oct 2019
Interview
Spoke with the production manager a bit. He had someone show me the production floor. Finished with the production manager again. They seem nice but I think they want someone who will start at $14/hr and stay with the company for years. Seems that's the wage you get regardless of experience and anyone who lives on Co. knows that's low. In comparison, Amazon will hire anyone off the street for $15/hr. A job wasn't offered but i wasn't turned down either. If you are okay beginning at $14/he and working your way up from there for several years then this job is for you.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Watermill Express (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2018
Interview
Phone interview then in person interview. Then I took a drug screen and waited for my background check to come back. Also, I had to wait for my DMV records to come back.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Watermill Express (Sunderland, North East England, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by the Office Manager (stand in!) and the Property Manager
They described the role as job share with the other lettings administrator - this was not a job share!! it was 'watch what she does, listen to what she does, let her do it, she'll do that not you' - I was BEGGING for work to save me from the sheer boredom and yet, still, I was left with no work to do! I asked numerous times and still, no work!
They falsely advertised the role in my eyes.
