We started out so well with your application journey and seem to have lost momentum, please accept my apologies here.
I also assure you we have not blocked your emails and sincerely sorry that you have been made to feel this way.
Quite often we interview a candidate and realise that they are not right for the opening we currently have but feel they belong here. We communicate that internally / with other department to see if we can utilise them in other areas to not lose out on their abilities. This is a very slow burn but we could certainly communicate that better.
Your comments remind us that we are not as good as we’d like to be with managing candidate feedback, so thank you for that.
