Online application followed by a video interview and finally an assessment centre at the HQ in Leatherhead. The assessment centre was centred around 3 main tasks; 1 on 1 Interview, Group Activity and a Presentation. The group activity was a fun task deciding how to finance a project and the presentation is 10-15 minute reflective presenttation based on how you felt the exercise went and you had to talk about how you felt you worked as a group, how you overcame decisions etc.

On line application followed by video interview after few weeks. After successful video interview, invitation for assessment followed. Prior to assessment, a numerical on line test needs to be completed. The assessment is a full day event consisting of group work, presentation abd interview with HR . Duration of the entire process was 2 - 3 months.
