the interview process took place in several stages. First, I completed an online test designed to assess analytical skills and quick problem-solving. Then, I had a phone interview with a recruiter to confirm my motivation and understanding of the role. Finally, I attended a video interview with managers from the team, focused on my banking experience (cash management, financial flows monitoring, and customer service) as well as my ability to adapt to a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
