Several phone screens are conducted by a talent acquisition specialist and are followed by a multiple part interview process, in person, in front of a panel of (usually) current General Managers and the Area Manager in the area in which you are applying. This is of course only if you are applying directly into a store operations management position.

Average interview. Two upper management personnel conducted the interview. Lasted about 30 minutes. Found out about a week later that I got the position. Setting was relaxed. Questions were basic talk about passed experiences and what could I bring to the job

Was over the phone first then went in person for interveiw. Was easy laid back interveiewer was area manager at the time. Was offered MIT position so i could decide what position fit me better.
