The interview process at Wawa for a sales associate involves a preliminary screening, face-to-face interview, and may include skills assessments to evaluate customer service abilities and teamwork aptitude. Other then that it’s pretty straightforward
Fair, easy questions about customer service skills, previous experience (drink making, cash handling, food preparation, food handling, order taking, asked about how you operate in a team environment, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
