Applied online. Did a phone interview. Went in for an in person interview with two people right before a long weekend. The one person was clearly bored and was waiting for the weekend as they kept yawning, not paying attention, and had to be prompted by the other person to pay attention. Was told I would hear back either way yet I was ghosted.

Interview
Phone interview with HR Coordinator that was around 5-10 minutes long. The questions were standard. Second round was in-person at HQ with a supervisor and HR leader - again, very standard questions and relatively easy.
