Interview
I was contacted by HR a month after my application about the status of my exam. I was then scheduled to meet the hiring manager and actuary for screening. If selected, you will then meet with the management team which asked some basic behavioral questions. Everyone was great and the process moved along fast.

It was carried out via Zoom call. There were 2 rounds of interviews, with 2 interviewers each. The first round covered the resume and behavioral questions, while the second interview focused more on the technical questions.

The interviewers are very nice and gentle. The interview was held on ASNA 2021.
However, they asked many technical questions (statistics) that I weren't prepared for.
The company looks at both personality and skills. Advice: Be approachable and friendly in the interview.
