Wawasan Open University interview questions

I applied for this position and was called for an interview in April 2024. First Stage - The interview was more like an informal conversation and was very straightforward. Second Stage - The interview was again more like an informal conversation and was very straightforward as well. After several weeks, the HR Representative called me to inform me that I had been selected for the position. Since I had to relocate to Penang, I negotiated my salary and was informed that they would discuss it and get back to me soon. However, after waiting for three weeks, I received no response from them and I decided to write an email to the HR Representative. I was utterly shocked when she told me that they couldn't meet my salary expectations and forfeited my offer without even asking me if I would like to proceed with the initial offer. This university and its management are truly unprofessional for ghosting me despite being selected for the position and are extremely poor at communicating information.
