Professional and Transparent Interview Process
I had a positive experience interviewing with the team. The process started with a recruiter screening, followed by two rounds of interviews: the first with the CTO and the second with two Senior Engineers. The interviews were well-structured and focused on relevant technical and situational questions.
The CTO was particularly professional and communicative, personally reaching out to inform me of their decision to move forward with another candidate. It was refreshing to see this level of transparency and courtesy. While I didn’t make it to the final round with the CEO, I appreciated the respect shown throughout the process.
