Bait and switch with respect to the role during the interview process.
The company gave me expectations in the early stages of the process about the job that seemed rather agreeable. They described it as a fast paced job, with the expectation of working 8-9 hours a day, with some extra time during busy periods. This was normal and expected.
Right as they were making the offer though, they had a call with me where all the expectations changed. They explicitly stated they wanted someone who would be working from 9 am Eastern Time until 11 pm. While I'm the type of person who goes above and beyond in my job, I also have a family and children. 8-10 hours is fine with me, but working from 9 am to 11 pm every day is not. I need to be part of my family's lives as well. The way the process ended left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
The salary was below market and when all of this was combined for my final decision, I declined the offer.
