Friendly initial meeting with HRBP; discussed the role, responsibilities, compensation, when I'm available to start. They said they would let me know within a week. I followed up 2 weeks after the meeting date, have heard back since. It's now been 1.5 months without even an email notification.

Interview
The hiring manager interviewed me for 30 min.He asked 2 questions and then let me ask questions the rest of the time. At the end he gave me the impression that we would be moving forward and then i got a rejection email from the sourcer later that day.
