Waypoint Building Group interview questions

I interviewed with Jenn loukotka. All the questions were normal. She seemed very pleasant but had a lot going on. She informed me it was irregular for her to be doing a first round interview as she is a VP(apart of upper management) and usually is either the 2nd or third round but this was happening due to others not being available at the time. She said she would reach out a week after our meeting with a decision on my candidacy. I message the day after the interview to clarify some topics we talked about and she did not respond to this nor get back to me about the whole interview and my candidacy. I understand things get busy. However if you are the first and only contact with candidate it is apart of your job to get back to them.
