We Agile interview questions

They asked for a one-on-one interview and I visited their office. The interview process was simple, they asked me about my experience and how I work with my current employer. All went well and the Interviewer was impressed and asked me to wait so that I could meet with the company CEO too for further discussion. I waited for some time and then was called for meeting the CEO where he was casual and shared his life stories and shared mine too. He checked for communication n all. And at the end he said I can hear from their end within 2 days. I asked him upfront about the positivity and the CEO himself said he is 200% sure I am hired and will speak with the client in US the same day and revert me. After that, the interviewer also spoke with me and said they will call by the next day and will meet from Upcoming Monday. But after that after a week of follow-ups, they did not revert and even I wrote emails and tried calls but those guys did not respond. The HR one fine day just said the client said no and she will dig what went wrong and come back but never came back. I have waited back for a month to write this. Looks like a fraud interview and no hiring. Please be aware of them.
