The recruitment staff even dont know how to conduct a proper interview. All for name sake only.
Is it really possible to assess a 9 plus years of person with 3 to 4 mins of interview call ?
But "YES", WeInvest can do and did the same.
Dont know why these kind of tech staff always play with people like me. What exactly they are looking for ? These kind of people should understand that they are about to give a LIFE to a person but here they are not.

1. From how long you are working on this tech stack (Interviewer himself dont know what was that tech stack) ?
2. Why this service rather than that service ? (He should know first what is This and That) etccc
The Interview was not too hard nor too easy, they will be asking you about the real time problems that one will be facing while working on the projects. There were 2 technical interviews and 1 HR round.

Interview
I attended the interview for the position of IT Recruiter , the process took 10 to 15 days of time, I completed 3 rounds of interview, in the final round of discussion they rejected without any proper feedback.
