WeInvest interview questions

The recruitment staff even dont know how to conduct a proper interview. All for name sake only. Is it really possible to assess a 9 plus years of person with 3 to 4 mins of interview call ? But "YES", WeInvest can do and did the same. Dont know why these kind of tech staff always play with people like me. What exactly they are looking for ? These kind of people should understand that they are about to give a LIFE to a person but here they are not.
